Mission Statement

What exactly is wealth? Our culture tends to define it as, “whoever dies with the most toys wins.” We spend our working years feverishly trying to accumulate wealth and our retirement years desperately trying to hang on to it. At Retirement Planning Group of West Virginia, we believe that true wealth is something very different than just a big pile of money. At the end of the day, money is nothing more than paper with green ink on it. It is what that money represents and what it can do for you that show its true value. It represents all of the hard work, discipline, and sacrifice over the many years it took you to accumulate it. It is a tool that can help you to live the life that you want to live, to care for the people that you love, to create a legacy that will live on long after you are gone. Money does not in itself make us happy, but as stewards of the wealth that God has entrusted to us, we can use money to help us live to the fullest the life He has given us and to make a difference in our world and in the lives of those we love.
